I’m a professional horticulturist who’s worked in public gardens. I’m also a country boy, now a middle-aged gay man who lives in the rural, conservative South.

Meet my friends: proper garden clubbers, farm fellas, college interns, total plant freaks, academic botanists, and self-taught house plant lovers. Through their sparkling rainbow of quirks, we’ll explore how-to garden lessons as well as how we all find solace and community through nurturing plants.
